The Friends of School is a group of parents and carers who come together to raise funds to further enrich and enhance the education of your children. The funds raised are distributed throughout the school, enabling all the children to benefit. And are prioritised by the children and staff team.

Past monies has paid for the Amphitheatre, an author visit and contributed to the new natural pond area.

Our regular cake sales and non school uniform days are very popular and a great success. Autumn term sees the Friends of School manage the Christmas card order, which gets everyone in the festive mood. We provide a festive hamper raffle for all key stages Christmas performances. Also In the Summer term the Friends of School organise the Summer Fete and arrange the Leavers Disco for years 5 & 6.

New members are always welcome. We hold our meetings in term time once a month on a Friday at 2 pm – 3 pm. Please Email friends@wcevcps.org to find out the date of our next meeting or for more information.
